Order cut-off times
The cut-off for all delivery services is 1pm UK time (10am on 24 and 31 December). Orders placed after the cut-off are treated as placed on the next working day.
Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank and public holidays. An order placed after 1pm on Friday will be processed on Monday, or the next working day if Monday is a bank holiday.
Age verification
You must be 18 or over to buy from us. All orders require age verification, and you may be asked to complete a quick check when you place your order. We can’t dispatch an order until verification has been completed.
Receiving your order
Special Delivery always requires a signature, and we also send some higher-value orders signed for on other services. If a signature can’t be obtained, the carrier may ask a neighbour to sign, and the parcel will not be left unattended.
If your parcel is left with a neighbour or taken to your local post office, the carrier will leave a card telling you where it is. At checkout you can nominate a safe place for the parcel if you’re out and it won’t fit through your letterbox. Read more on Royal Mail’s website. Safe place does not apply to Special Delivery or to orders sent signed for.
If something goes wrong
All delivery times are estimates and depend on availability. We can’t give an exact delivery time. If your order hasn’t arrived within 5 working days, please contact us and quote your order number.
If a parcel is returned to us because of an address error, or because nobody was available to receive it, we’ll refund the products only. The delivery charge is not refundable.
